RECREATE brings together a multidisciplinary consortium of 11 partners from across Europe, combining expertise in research, technology, urban planning, policy and water management. The consortium includes research institutions, universities, city networks, public utilities and innovation-focused organisations, all working collaboratively to develop and demonstrate sustainable, climate-resilient water solutions.
